Credit Card Policy

When you book your tee time online at beachwoodgolf.com, you’ll always be required to secure it with a valid credit card. When booking over the phone, we ask for a credit card for all tee times made more than seven days in advance of the requested play date. Also, any group of five players or more, booking more than 48 hours in advance of the desired play date, will be asked for a card to hold the time.

There are only two ways that Beachwood would ever charge the credit card you give us to hold your tee times. The first is if you tell us to do so at check-in. You may choose a different form of payment, or pay individually, on the day of play. The second is if you don’t show up to play. Any groups arriving with fewer golfers than booked will be responsible for the total number of golfers reserved, and an 18 hole rain check will be issued for each golfer not present. Rain checks have NO expiration date and are good for a round anytime at an amount equal to or less than the current rate versus the rate at the time the rain check was issued. If the current rate is higher when redeeming the rain check, the difference will be due at check-in.

PLEASE NOTE – You will receive a confirmation email after booking your tee time online. The total dollar amount on the confirmation will reflect our posted AM/PM rates. Don’t be alarmed. Your credit card is NOT being charged that amount, or any amount for that matter, and is required solely to secure and hold your tee time. By entering a special rate code, that you have a coupon, etc., in the ‘Comment’ box guarantees that you’ll pay the appropriate rate at check-in.

SINGLE GOLFERS – Our online booking engine does not allow single golfers to reserve a tee time via our website. However, because we’re just a couple blocks from the ocean in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, we pride ourselves on accommodating more singles than any other Myrtle Beach golf course. Single players are a vital part of our success. We recommend calling ahead so we can reserve you a spot with a twosome or threesome at the time you want to play, as opposed to just ‘walking-in’. Walk-ins are welcome, and almost always accommodated, but please understand that due to numerous factors (tournaments, tee sheet setup, etc.), we might not be able to get you on the golf course on that day.
